Key Responsibilities :
- External Relations : Represent the company in leadership and business forums, public events and build strategic partnerships
- Operational Oversight : Handle administration of the company by leading the compliance, finance and HR teams
- PR : Act as a face of the company and handle Street communications, Media and Public Relations
- Corporate Governance : Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the management and implementation of regulatory requirements
- Crisis Management : Address any unforeseen crises or challenges that may arise and protect the interests of stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications :
