• Open Text Vendor Invoice Mgmt (VIM) implementation, testing and troubleshooting/support knowledge
• Good knowledge in invoice processing concepts pertaining to SAP MM & FI in particular Accounts Payable processing (AP) and Logistics Invoice Verification
• Good knowledge in invoice processing PO and NPO process
• Good knowledge in end to end MM procurement process
• Sound knowledge of VIM customizing
• Should know COA matrix maintenance and user maintenance in SAP VIM
• Working experience in Archive server, VIM 7.5 SP 7 and above, BCC 16.3.4, IC4SAP
• Know about Web approval Portal, Inbound Channel such as Email/IDOC, Fiori Apps and VIM workflow
• Integration knowledge between VIM, ECC and ICC or BCC
• Should have worked on VIM upgrade, S/4 HANA, Implementation and roll outs.
• Worked on IC4SAP or having knowledge in it is added advantage
• Certification in VIM is added advantage
• Capable of understanding business process and providing the customizes solution to streamline the business flow.
• OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Solutions Consultant will be working on the implementation and production support in SAP S/4HANA Environment.
• The role will be the main resource leading and assisting with the inquiries for issues and enhancements during the implementation and production support.

• The role will be the main resource leading and assisting with the inquiries for issues and enhancements during the implementation and production support.
• Conduct workshops and taking 'outofthebox' to complex business requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, monitoring and execution, managing dependences and critical paths, cutover and post Golive.
• Creating project documentation (Infrastructure, Configuration, Functional Design, etc.)
• Using the new VIM Workplace and Indexing Screen (Transaction Codes).
• Performing new levelbased approvals.
• Experience preparing Test scenarios and Test cases (test scrips steps) for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Training on ICC/BCC and VIM 3 or more full cycle implementation for the following new installation or version upgrade.
• OpenText VIM for SAP Solutions
• OpenText ICC/BCC
• SAP ECC Support or Delivery Experience SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Mobile or Portal Interface Installation
• Configuration of VIM and ICC/BCC invoice processing, exception handling, approval procedures.
• Troubleshoot the VIM and ICC/BCC Implementation during all phases from design, build, test, cutover, deploy and postproduction support.
