As a Founder's Office Associate with a focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) execution at SydeLabs, you will be at the heart of our mission, working closely with the founding team to shape and execute strategies that drive our product from zero to one. This role is for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a creative edge, are versatile in their skills and interests, and are passionate about making a tangible impact in the GenAI security space.

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the AI security domain, providing insights that will inform our GTM and product development efforts.
• Content Creation: Craft top-notch, engaging content for a variety of channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media, to articulate our value proposition and thought leadership in the AI security space.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and foster strategic relationships that support our GTM initiatives.
• Project Management: Take ownership of various GTM projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, from ideation through to implementation and analysis.
• Adaptability: Be ready to take on a diverse array of tasks beyond the typical day-to-day, from organizing events to representing the company at industry conferences.

• Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a SaaS or security-focused company, is highly advantageous.
• Versatility: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting between multiple execution streams.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze unstructured information to draw actionable insights.
• Content Creation: Exceptional writing skills with a proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful content.
• Energetic & Passionate: High energy levels and a genuine passion for working in a dynamic startup environment, with a commitment to driving innovation in the AI security space.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
