Qualifications
- At least 8 years experience with 3+ years hands-on growth direct marketing app-based or digital products focusing user acquisition retention strong analytical skills comfortable working data performance metrics CAC LTV activation retention payback cohorts ability pull analyze data SQL self serve BI tools demonstrated entrepreneurial builder mentality bias action experimentation strong stakeholder management communication skills experience collaborating multiple department teams nice have experience direct performance affiliate financial products launching scaling new product major feature
