- PhD and/or MS/MTech (Biomedical Engineering/Electronics Engineering)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Medical Device Product development
- Know-how of various PDLC phases starting from product ideation till market release
- Understanding of System Engineering and Product Engineering aspects
- Hands-on experience in creation of Design Dossier/DHF/DMR documents which are compliant to FDA and EU regulations for medical devices
- Ability to narrate solutions and prepare proposal responses
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and finisher within given time-lines
- Acumen to understand various business situations, and respond to changing market conditions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and client-facing experience is a plus
- Ability to articulate thoughts and offerings in written, verbal or visual manner
