    Job Title: Production Supervisor - Surgical Gloves

    Location: Dholpur, Rajasthan

    Job Description:

    The Production Supervisor duties will include overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production line staff, ensuring adherence to our SOP for compounding and ensuring production of good quality latex surgical gloves. The candidate should have experience with a double former production line and also have experience with auto-stripping machines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage production schedules and workflows to meet production targets and customer demands.

    2. Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

    3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock of raw materials.

    4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among production staff.

    5. Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.

    6. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

    7. Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

    8. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

    2. Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the latex gloves industry.

    4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.

    5. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems specific to the surgical gloves industry.

    6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical device manufacturing.

    7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    8. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
