    Description

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller Sales to join our team. As a Telecaller Sales, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a telecalling role
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
    • Experience in solution selling is preferred
    • Knowledge of sales target management and sales pipeline management is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate leads through outbound calls and qualify prospects
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the features and benefits of the services we offer
    • Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
    • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
