- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a telecalling role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

- Experience in solution selling is preferred
- Knowledge of sales target management and sales pipeline management is a plus
