Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Franchise Managers to join our team. As a Franchise Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence through strategic franchising initiatives in Trichy and Coimbatore.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and onboard new franchise partners in the assigned territories.
Evaluate potential franchise partners, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms of agreements.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational excellence, and financial success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to support franchisees and drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing franchise operations and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territories as needed.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
