    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester with 3-5 years of experience in software testing.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through both manual and automated testing.

    This role requires a blend of manual testing (60%) and automation testing (40%) to enhance our testing processes and deliver high-quality software solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Manual Testing (60%):
    Execute manual test cases, scenarios, and scripts for various software applications.
    Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
    Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
    Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on product specifications.
    Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues beyond the scripted tests.
    Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.

    Automation Testing (40%):
    Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using appropriate testing tools.
    Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies.
    Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
    Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation.
    Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
    Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and enhance testing efficiency.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
    Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
    Proficiency in at least one test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, QTP, TestComplete).
    Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and test automation frameworks.
    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Preferred Skills:
    Experience with performance and load testing tools.
    Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
    Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
    Experience with testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
    Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
