    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced PHP Lead to drive the development of high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP and Symfony or Laravel, along with a strong understanding of REST API architecture. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, ensuring best coding practices, Agile methodologies, and efficient software delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and enhance web applications using PHP and Symfony or Laravel.
    • Design and optimize high-performance REST APIs.
    • Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
    • Maintain Agile workflows, including JIRA board tracking and sprint planning.
    • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
    • Stay updated with emerging PHP trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in PHP development.
    • 2+ years of experience in Symfony or Laravel framework.
    • Strong expertise in REST API request/response handling.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
    • Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and database design.
    • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
    • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in microservices architecture.
    • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular).
    • Exposure to DevOps practices and server management.
