    Insight Generation and Sales Target Achievement:

    • Develop and deliver insights crucial for meeting sales targets.
    • Utilize forecasting systems to guide Leadership, Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning on future activities' impact.

    Performance Reporting and Strategy Influence:

    • Provide bestinclass performance reports to analyze and decompose sales results.
    • Actively participate in customer meetings to influence strategies collaboratively.

    Competitive Strategy and ROI Analysis:

    • Conduct pricing analysis and devise competitive strategies based on competitor pricing.
    • Calculate ROI for various programs, making recommendations for increased sales and customer engagement metrics.

    Assortment Management and Merchandising:

    • Determine assortments and online selling strategies.
    • Collaborate with teams to optimize site exposure and drive shopper engagement.

    Data Analysis and Presentation:

    • Organize, mine, and analyze data sources to drive insights.
    • Develop presentations to communicate findings internally and externally.

    Online Merchandising and Customer Experience:

    • Manage online product assortments and visual representation.
    • Work with analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of merchandising activities.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Lead and manage the Category Management team, ensuring efficient operations.

    Supply Chain Optimization and CX Enhancement:

    • Monitor supply chain inefficiencies and drive improvements.
    • Use strong analytical skills to evaluate digital customer experiences and develop enhancement hypotheses.

    Business Development and Strategy:

    • Develop and implement category leadership solutions for profitable sales growth.
    • Lead specific research opportunities to bring new insights to category solutions
