    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a robust partnerships strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between partnership goals and overall business strategy.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, market relevance, and mutual benefit.
    • Lead negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize partnership agreements.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive successful collaborations.
    • Drive new business opportunities through partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
    • Explore and create innovative partnership models to expand the company's reach and market presence.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate partnership activities into broader business strategies.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of experience in Key partnerships, Business Growth, Strategy and Alliance.
    • Post Graduation from a premium B School
    • Have worked for atleasr 3 years in a B2B start up and understands the Start up Eco system.
