    Job Overview:

    As a Technical Architect at Kellton, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction

    Of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product

    Managers, and stakeholders, to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable .NET

    What you will do:

    Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather

    requirements, understand project goals, and define technical specifications.

    ● Design end-to-end architecture solutions using .NET technologies that align with

    business objectives and project requirements.

    ● Lead the development team in implementing best practices for coding, testing, and

    deployment within the .NET ecosystem.

    ● Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize development

    processes and system performance.

    ● Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and guidelines to communicate design

    decisions and ensure consistency across the team.

    ● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, guiding them in solving

    complex technical challenges.

    ● Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, code quality, and

    security practices. Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and recommending

    improvements as needed.

    ● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in .NET development and

    related technologies

    ● Monitor application architecture and ensure appropriate implementation of all solutions.

    ● Develop architectural principles and standards for various IT groups.

    ● Assist enterprise architecture team on all governance activities.

    ● Coordinate with architects and analysts to maintain a technical knowledge center.

    Who you are:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related

    field.

    ● Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Architect with a strong focus on .NET

    development.

    ● Expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and high-performance

    solutions using the .NET technology stack.

    ● In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.

    ● Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern software design

    principles.

    ● Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and containerization

    technologies like Docker.

    ● Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and ORM frameworks.

    ● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a

    fast-paced environment.

    ● Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to

    non-technical stakeholders.

    ● Prior experience with agile development methodologies.

    ● Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) a plus.
