    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Paid Media Trainee. The ideal candidate will be a smart, enthusiastic professional eager to learn and contribute to our digital marketing initiatives. Talent should have some previous education in Digital Marketing and hands on contributing in Ads operation.

    • Looking for an enthusiastic and Digital trainees having experience of 0-2 years
    • Communicate with the stakeholders involved in the campaigns, from Global and local team.Fundamentally strong in Digital tools and platform functionality and used cases.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Analytic
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and our website.
    • Analyze digital marketing metrics and assist in preparing reports to track performance.
    • Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
    • Support the SEM efforts by researching keywords, monitoring search engine rankings, and executing basic optimization strategies.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
    • Learn and utilize various digital marketing tools and technologies.
    • Ready to learn and scale use of AI in Digital Marketing.

    Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
    • 3-12 Months certification in Digital Marketing, Specially in paid Media
    • Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle communication with Global clients
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

    Education:

    B.tech, BCA, MBA, MCA, MSC - Previous Education in Digital Marketing [6-12 Months] Programs
