    Description

    Job Description

    Your day-to-day:

    • Working independently but also at the direction of a Lead UX Architect
    • Working collaboratively with Business (BA) and Development teams to drive out designs that align to project objectives and are technically feasible
    • Working with teams to create compelling user experience in Figma following a UCD-led process
    • Planning and running design sprints to engage with internal stakeholders and customers
    • Crafting and specifying the user interface style and theme to production quality aligned to our customers brand working with design tokens
    • Working in an Agile environment following SCRUM methodology
    • Work with other UX teams to define component standards across products

    What you need to be successful:

    • Bachelors or masters program in: Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, User Experience Design, Design Thinking, or a field related to user experience design with an accredited college/university.
    • 3-5 years of user experience design, interaction design, and user interface design experience in enterprise and complex business processes, insurance domain a plus
    • Experience with design and collaborative tools like Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Powerpoint, etc.,
    • Experience or knowledge of working with design systems and design tokens

    Excellent communication skills:

    • Capable of clearly communicating, in both written and verbal format
    • Strong relationship management skills are a plus
    • Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills
    • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
    • Keen attention to detail is required
