Job Description

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including but not limited to logos, banners, illustrations,

infographics, social media graphics, and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and ensure

designs meet brand guidelines.

• Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas, considering audience preferences and target demographics.
• Conduct thorough research to stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry

best practices.

• Use graphic design software and tools to create compelling designs that effectively communicate the

intended message.

• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and

improve designs.

• Maintain organized files and records of design assets, ensuring accessibility for future use.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of

design projects.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and

other relevant tools.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts

and ideas.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
