    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist located in Thane. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, managing Youtube campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing influencer marketing plans to reach target audiences
    • Managing Youtube campaigns from scouting influencers to analyzing campaign performance
    • Maintaining public relations and building strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Supporting sales initiatives through data-driven insights and creative ideas

    Influencer Marketing

    The specialist will be responsible for:

    • Scouting and collaborating with paid and barter influencers, ensuring commercials meet necessary approvals
    • Understanding influencers' niches and creating engaging content, including script drafts and reviewing video drafts
    • Coordinating product dispatch with internal teams and influencers
    • Preparing reports as required and sharing ideas for snippets and ads creation
    • Coordinating with Finance team for timely payments and releases

    Retention Marketing

    The specialist will also focus on:

    • Creating WhatsApp Marketing/Utility Templates for approval and submission on Meta
    • Developing broadcast ideas based on occasions, seasonal requirements, restocking timelines, and regional festivals
    • Creating and refining datasets for campaigns

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, specifically with Youtube Influencers
    • Sales support and collaboration skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work on-site in Thane
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
    • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is a plus
