- Team Leadership & Development:
- Take direct responsibility for the growth, development, and performance of your team.

- Integration and Alignment:
- Integrate and align your team with the organization and other Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

- Process Standardization:
- Lead initiatives to standardize and regulate processes at all levels of your team, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Periodically monitor your SBU and team's performance.
- Conduct year-end appraisals for your team members and submit a self-appraisal to the MD.
- Reporting and Administrative Duties:
- Generate periodic reports, including monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain updated client contacts in the central system.
- Client Relations:
- Maintain absolute control over client relationships.
- Be responsible for business development, team discipline, and the generation of a high-quality new business pipeline.
- Assess risks associated with potential and existing client relationships.
- Conflict Resolution and Compliance:
- Ensure that yours and your team's actions do not result in conflict situations or non-compliance issues.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Focus on delivering exceptional service to clients while safeguarding commercial and organizational interests.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of assignments and address their needs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration across SBUs.
- Extend support, cooperation, and knowledge sharing with other teams as necessary.
- Code of Conduct:
- Follow the organization's code of conduct diligently and set an example for the team.
- Proven leadership and management experience in the investment banking sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and manage risks effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client satisfaction and organizational interests.
