About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during the inbound process at Amazon LPC (DC), spokes (UFF-FCs) and vendors. You will also be expected to reject damaged/defective items back to the vendor, make notes of the items rejected during the inbound process, audit the quality during picking & packing, monitor packaging standards, perform weekly audits of Bins, and train spoke and DC associates on quality, SOPs and packaging.

Job Responsibilities

• Review the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during the inbound process.
• Reject damaged/defective items back to the vendor.
• Make notes of the items rejected during the inbound process.
• Audit the quality during picking & packing.
• Monitor packaging standards.
• Perform weekly audits of Bins.
• Train spoke and DC associates on quality, SOPs and packaging.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
