    Key responsibilities:

    • Managing the staffing process including the allocation of workload among self/team by overseeing the activity and result of the team including requisition, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, pre and post offer activities.
    • Ensure all phases of recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, offer, reference and background check are properly coordinated, coordinated, monitored, tracked and executed.
    • Responsible for analysing data to identify gaps and trends
    • Develops recruitment strategies to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry retail talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, print media, social media, etc.)
    • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
    • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. TAT of Hiring and cost- per-hire)
    • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
    • Handling leadership hiring individually, doing competency mapping based hiring, Skilled in industry analysis, competitor mapping and network/ reference-based hiring,
    • Ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Part of Technical / HR Interview Panel
    • Requirements and sourcing Coordinate and conduct new joiner orientation to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
    • Salary negotiations with All positions of employees and issuing offer letter.
    • Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Dashboard management talent from diverse sources with the predefined TAT at regional level.
    • Letter –Offer/Appointment /Warning /Absconding, issuing finalize JD of floor employees.
    • Maintain Monthly Region Manpower Cost (MRMC)
    • Background Verification
    • Preparation of organization structure in coordination with HR Heads and line managers, preparing the Job description.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5-year experience in Talent Acquisition
    • Familiarity in working in a Logistics & Supply Chain Industries
