    Description
    JobDescription:1.

    Worktogether with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects ensurethat teams have appropriate product and technical specificationsdirection and resources to deliver products effectively byestablishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring thatprojects remain on target to meet deadlines.2.

    Work closely withthe Product Owner Sales and Business Analysts for understanding thesystem s function and nonfunctional requirements.3.

    Collaboratewith the Product Management in defining the Product Vision.4.Demonstrate to our clients with the deployment of software upgradesenhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on releaseschedules.5.

    Provide a software development plan that meets thefuture needs of our clients and markets based on the stateof thearttechnologies.6. Design and oversee implementation of endtoendintegrated systems.7.

    Deliver architectural initiatives that driverevenue and improve efficiency in line with business strategy.8.Evolve the existing software system applications and architecturein various areas as needed.9.

    Maintain indepth knowledge of theorganizations technologies and architectures.10. Develop andmaintain current and planned state architectural blueprints.11.Develop and maintain an aspirational architectural road map for theenterprise.12. Communicate architectural decisions plans goals andstrategies.13. Provide architectural direction to EnterpriseArchitects Business Architects and Solution Architects.14. Developarchitectural metrics and reports for the executive team businessand IT management.15. Deliver requisite program documentationincluding program charters schedules requirements documentsspecifications design documents and testing strategies.16. Providearchitectural consulting to programs projects and initiatives.17.Coordinate release and sprint planning.18. Provide leadership andguidance to coach motivate and lead team members to their optimumperformance levels and career development. 19. Monitor individualemployeesperformance.


    Projects:
    1.Manage large and complex IT programs and projects.2. Buildrelationships with executive project sponsors and senior technologyleadership.3. Direct and manage projects from conceptualization toimplementation.4. Provide consulting to projects to estimate workpackages and identify architectural approaches.5. Provideconsulting to projects to identify project architecture andsecurity risks.6. Deliver projects ontime and onbudget.7. Ensurethat all deliverables are high quality and meet business functionaland nonfunctional requirements.8. Ensure that all deliverablesfollow IT standards and bestpractices.


    Qualifications:
    1.Bachelors or master s degree in computer science or relatedfield.2. Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience in asoftware development organization required.3. Must have at least 10years of working through the design development release cycle anddelivery of software products to market.4. A record of successfuldelivery of software applications as an individual team leader and/ or development manager.5. Strong understanding of the softwaredevelopment life cycle.6. Strong leadership project managementskills time management and problemsolving skills.7. Must have goodoral and written communication skills inEnglish.


    Knowledge& Skills:
    1. Experience in MES (Manufacturing ExecutionSystem). Experience in Rockwell FTPC will be preferred.2. Knowledgein relational databases (RDBMS MS SQL MySQL / Oracle)3. Experiencewith Scrum methodology and Agile practices.4.

    Experience withmanaging the development of SaaS and cloud based applications.5.Experience in Java programming and J2EE / JBoss application serversoftware development (EJBJMSJDBCJTA)6.

    Webservice SOAP/REST HTMLJ/VB Scripts XML7. SSRS/Crystal Reporting Tool8. MsVisio /MSProjects9. Knowledge of Hibernate framework10. Willingness to diveinto software environments and technical issues11.
