    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to join our team at Beacon Group India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also play a key role in achieving company sales targets and promoting our range of in-vitro reagents and instruments.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostic or healthcare industry
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
