- Culinary Skills: Proficiency in preparing a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and desserts, with an emphasis on authenticity and presentation.
- Leadership Ability: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff to achieve high performance and maintain morale in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
