    We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing and Campaign Manager with expertise in leveraging Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google platforms for campaign management.

    As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across these platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop strategic digital marketing plans tailored for Meta and Google platforms, aligning with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
    • Campaign Execution: Execute digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and Google Display Network.
    • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting options available on Meta and Google platforms to reach the right audience segments with personalized messaging and offers.
    • Creative Asset Management: Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and best practices.
    • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing allocation based on performance metrics to maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as clickthrough rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
    • Implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
    • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign parameters to identify highperforming elements and refine campaign strategies.
    • Campaign Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.
    • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of updates and changes to Meta and Google advertising platforms, as well as industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 45 years of handson experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management across Meta and Google platforms.
    • Proficiency in Meta advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads) and Google advertising platforms (Google Ads, Google Display Network).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results within deadlines.
    • Google Ads certification and Meta Blueprint certification are preferred.
    • Experience with other digital marketing channels such as email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing is a plus
