    Overview:

    The SalesMarketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the companysrevenue growth and market expansion. They are responsible fordeveloping and implementing effective sales and marketingstrategies to attract new clients retain existing customers andachieve sales targets. This role is essential for identifying newbusiness opportunities nurturing client relationships andcontributing to the overall success of the salesdepartment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement sales and marketing strategies to drive businessgrowth
    • Conduct market research to identifypotential clients and market trends
    • Generateleads prospect and acquire new clients through variouschannels
    • Nurture and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients to maximize customerretention
    • Present and promote company productsand services to potential clients
    • Collaboratewith the marketing team to create compelling promotional materialsand campaigns
    • Meet and exceed sales targets andKPIs
    • Negotiate and close sales deals tomaximize profitability

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Administration or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in sales and marketingroles

    • Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities
    • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and sales management tools
