- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in rebar detailing, steel fabrication, or construction industry is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software
- Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and to communicate effectively with a cross-functional team
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
