Manager Notes:

Convert old UI code into modern React apps

Create reusable components and design systems

Decide frontend architecture, state management, and performance strategy

Ensure the app is fast, responsive, secure, and works on all browsers/devices

Connect UI with backend APIs and cloud services

Improve CI/CD, monitoring, and error tracking

Work closely with product, UX, QA, and backend teams in Agile sprints

Around 7+ years in frontend/UI development

Strong in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Experience with Redux/React Query, REST APIs, performance optimization

Familiar with CI/CD, cloud integration, authentication, and monitoring tools

Position Summary

We are hiring a Senior React UI Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of modern, high-performance user interfaces for our core real estate transaction platforms. This role is ideal for frontend engineers who are passionate about building scalable UI architecture, delivering exceptional user experiences, and optimizing frontend performance at scale.

You will play a key role in modernizing legacy UI layers, defining front-end standards, improving application responsiveness, and ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs and cloud-native services.

Key Responsibilities

• Refactor and modernize legacy UI components into scalable, modular React-based applications.
• Design and implement reusable UI components, design systems, and frontend frameworks.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions including state management, routing, and component composition.
• Optimize frontend performance using techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and CDN integration.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and ensure efficient data flow.
• Implement secure frontend authentication and authorization patterns (e.g., OAuth, token-based auth).
• Improve build and deployment pipelines for frontend applications using modern CI/CD practices.
• Review, configure, and validate frontend monitoring, logging, and error tracking tools.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and uphold agile best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in frontend or UI engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in and modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind, etc.).
• Experience with frontend state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end-backend integration patterns.
• Experience building responsive and accessible web applications (WCAG standards).
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Role-Specific Skillsets

• Primary Focus: Frontend and UI engineering using React.
• Strong experience with frontend build tools and bundlers (Vite, Webpack, Babel).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience integrating front-end applications with cloud-hosted backend services.
• Familiarity with authentication flows (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Exposure to frontend monitoring and analytics tools (Application Insights, Sentry, LogRocket, etc.).
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with design systems and UX collaboration tools (Figma, Storybook).
• Knowledge of or other React-based frameworks.
• Understanding of Azure-hosted environments and CDN-based deployments.
• Prior experience modernizing legacy UI applications.
