    TITLE: Senior Systems Analyst

    LOCATION: Bangalore, India

    Experience: 5-8 years

    TYPE: Full-time

    DESCRIPTION: Maximus is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our Bangalore team. The senior analyst leads analysis of systems issues and inventory management as well as coordinating issue handoff to other staff for coordinated resolution. The analyst also develops repeatable, transparent, documented workflows as well as issue archiving, ESR and issue dashboarding, and issue managerial alerting. The analyst is both reactive to reported issues as well as proactive in hypothesizing, identifying, and reporting potential issues via varied data analyses via both SQL and Excel. Understanding how to communicate issues effectively, dashboarding issues, transparency, and identifying potential issues are critical components of the role.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze and understand business requirements to design effective system solutions.
    • Lead the requirements elicitation process, working closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and process flows.
    • Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between systems.
    • Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
    • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior analysts, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
    • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure system solutions meet business needs and technical standards.

    SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Expertise in testing API: Expertise in designing and implementing APIs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven leadership skills, including assignment management and mentoring.
    • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
    • Advanced skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both automated and manual testing.
    • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
