    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist creates and manages social media content, develops digital marketing campaigns, conducts marketing and communication activities, and provides creative ideas for marketing campaigns. The specialist must participate in the ideation, creation, and fulfilment of campaigns under stringent timelines while executing the strategy in conjunction with the leadership team.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant experience in social media marketing and management.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and , along with an understanding of how each platform works.
    • The ability to use social media analytics tools to track and interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with the online community effectively and represent the brand professionally.
    • Social media is dynamic, so the strategist should be adaptable and able to quickly respond to changes and trends.
    • A basic understanding of marketing principles and how social media fits into the overall marketing strategy.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
    • The ability to think creatively and come up with fresh and engaging content ideas.
    • Being able to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to social media campaigns and engagement.
    • Paying close attention to details, especially when it comes to post scheduling, content quality, and brand consistency.
    • Representing the company or brand with professionalism and integrity in all online interactions.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives, considering the target audience and industry trends.
    • Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
    • Monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive online community.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Adjust strategies based on data insights.
    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and to reach a wider audience.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
    • Keep up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of social media efforts.
