- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in passive infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling installation and maintenance.
- Experience in preparing detailed project reports (DPR) and managing project budgets.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Vendor management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Manage and execute passive infrastructure projects, including structured cabling installation and maintenance.
