Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer with extensive experience in leading product design teams and delivering user-centric, visually stunning products. As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design vision and strategy, while also managing a team of talented designers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and delivery of exceptional products that exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of product designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their growth and development.
• Define and drive the product design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirements and user feedback, and translate them into actionable design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate design rationale effectively, and advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications, while maintaining a high level of design integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user-centric and visually appealing products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience working in agile development environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
