- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., , Naukri), networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process by negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are documented.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- 4-6 years of experience in the IT field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
- Experience recruiting for specific IT roles (e.g., Front end developers , backend developers , Phython developers).
- Familiarity with technical assessment tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and goals.
- You are a keen follower of new technologies and love to do experiments with them.
- You are very talented to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Your analytic mind can juggle different concepts without losing an eye for detail.
- You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
