• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., , Naukri), networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate the offer process by negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are documented.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in the IT field.
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
• Experience recruiting for specific IT roles (e.g., Front end developers , backend developers , Phython developers).
• Familiarity with technical assessment tools and techniques.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and goals.
