    About the Position:


    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate - Cross-border Solutions with expertise in the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) segment to join our growing team.

    As the Sales Associate for MSME, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business growth within this segment, with a strong focus on cross-border trade and remittance solutions tailored to the specific needs of MSME clients


    Responsibilities:

    Client Acquisition:
    Identify and prospect potential MSME clients engaged in cross-border trade, Imports, and Exports through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and meeting sales targets

    Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering relevant products or services

    Transaction Support:
    Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-border trade regulations, foreign exchange, and remittance practices, providing valuable insights and support services to MSME clients

    Product Knowledge:
    Stay updated with our cross-border remittance offerings and international trade services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients

    Sales Presentations:
    Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential MSME clients engaged in cross-border trade, showcasing the benefits of our tailored remittance solutions

    Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with other teams, such as operations, compliance, and customer success, to ensure seamless on boarding and servicing of MSME clients engaged in cross-border trade and remittances

    Reporting:
    Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business performance related to cross-border trade and remittance services for presentation to the management team


    Requirements:

    • Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in Trade sales in banking or Fintech
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, International Trade, or a related field
    • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the MSME segment, with expertise in cross-border trade and remittance services
    • In-depth understanding of cross-border trade regulations, foreign exchange practices, and remittance procedures
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business owners and decision-makers
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, coupled with excellent negotiation skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a positive impact in the MSME community engaged in cross-border trade and remittances
