We are seeking a talented

Lead

Interior Designer - Workplace, to be based in Gurugram.

You will be part of our international design studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects around the globe. Working closely with the Design Head and the design team, you will be responsible for developing design concepts for corporate interior projects and leading client presentations/pitches as well as design management and coordination for projects

In brief

You will provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meetYou will work closely with the design team and manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or scheduleYou will participate in project meetings and Client presentations as neededYou will provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverable'sYou will attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as requiredYou will travel internationally for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required

What We Expect

You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 8 years of experienceYou have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a teamYou have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to executionYou are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mileYou have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organisational skillsYou have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureYou have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and PhotoshopYou will subscribe to the company core values of Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence
