REQUIREMENTS:

● 4-8 years of experience in Python Development.

● Knowledge of design patterns and capability to architect a modular platform.

● Understanding of application security principles and awareness of potential security

vulnerabilities.

● Strong grasp of software development best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD)

and Continuous Integration (CI), with familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

● Fluency in communicating Development status (Methods, Results & Actions)with the peer group.

● Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones.

● Being able to raise the bar for quality/efficiency within the team.

● Proficient in problem-solving, showcasing the ability to systematically identify, analyze, and

resolve issues.

● Proficient in design thinking, with a talent for devising creative solutions to intricate problems.

● Strong development skills, capable of translating designs into functional and efficient solutions.
