The Manager of Legal, Contracts, and Compliance will offer comprehensive legal support and guidance across multiple business areas. This position is responsible for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, minimizing legal risks, preparing and evaluating contracts, and providing reliable legal counsel to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, Export control laws, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and various agreements to protect company interests.
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and export controls.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting the business.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks.
• Support Legal Operations and provide employee training on legal and compliance topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters affecting business operations.

Your Profile

• Qualified lawyer with 10–15 years of relevant experience in corporate and contract law.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, export control, and international business law.
• Experience in an international corporate environment or law firm preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
