• Hands on experience working in Access Management projects in Banking domain
• 5+ years of working experience with SQL, Unix and with 3+ years of managing 20+ member team
• Knowledge and experience of working in a IAM tool
• Good Project and Client Relationship management skills
• Good communication skills

• Handling a team of analysts providing Access Management support
• Act as an escalation point for unresolved cases
• Ensuring knowledge management systems and documentation are kept up to date
• Analysis of trends, and recommend and implement actions, with approval, to reduce errors & suggest processimprovements
• Responsible for publishing statistical and management reports
• Arranging staff training, awareness sessions and Performing briefings on changes or deployments
• 24*7 role
• Multi-Stake-holder management
