1 Attendance of saff
2 Petty cash handling
3 MIS Reports
4 co-ordination with Sales staff for processing of PO
5 co-ordination with HO/HO Warehouse for material and billing
6 co-ordination with customer for despatching, submission of Invoice and payment follow up
7 co-ordination with logistic dept. and managing local deliveries
8 Manpower handling
9 Taking care of Branch Office in respect of Housekeeping, Printing & stationery, Maintaining all equipments in office viz. attendance machine, computers, mobile bills payment in time
10 payment collection to be deposited in Bank
11 E way billgeneration
12 Updation in System (CRM)
13 Any other miscellenous work.
