Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer to lead our project sites in Chennai. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about interior design who have a knack for leadership and project management. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of interior design projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and installation, to ensure smooth execution.
Travel to project sites regularly to oversee progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ensure all design work adheres to the latest interior design principles and construction methodologies.
Read and interpret architectural plans, ensuring feasible designs align with client expectations.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
A degree in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of interior design experience, focusing on luxury projects.
Proven track record of managing interior design projects successfully.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent understanding of interior design principles, construction methodologies, and architectural plans.
Ability to travel to project sites in Chennai and Pune as required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
