Role: Practice Head - Master Data Management

Experience Preferred: 18+ Years

Location: Pune and Bangalore

Job Description:

Non-Technical -

• Lead at least a practice of people with Architects, Sales, BAs, Dev Teams Geographically distributed
• Tracking Project delivery, Customer negotiations, Project Quality, Overall PnL of the practice
• People Management, Appraisals, Growth oriented Mindset
• Good communication, thought leadership and presentation skills.

Technical

• At least years' experience in Data Governance , Master Data Management tools (eg: Informatica MDM, IBM Product Master, Reltio etc)
• Well versed with End to End Implementation of MDM , its integration with Other systems
• at least 3/4 projects Architecting complex Data and MDM solutions based the customer's business goals and requirements.
• Built expertise on MDM products and services to be able to use the right set of products as part of the architecture and solution.
• Lead workshops, discussions, and presentations to help customers understand advantages of proposed solutions and best practice approaches to building the AI solution.
• Work with Sales in pre-sales activities and help demonstrate MDM practice capabilities to customers.
