    Overview:

    The role ofRMO (Resident Medical Officer) with BAMS/BHMS qualification isvital to our organization as they play a crucial role in providingmedical care and support to patients in the ICU and emergencysettings.     KeyResponsibilities:

    • Provideroundtheclock medical care for patients in the ICU and emergencyward
    • Monitor and assess patients conditions andcollaborate with the medical team for treatmentplanning
    • Administer medications and treatmentsas per the patients needs
    • Respond to medicalemergencies and provide immediateinterventions
    • Perform routine checkups andattend to the medical needs ofinpatients
    • Assist in coordinating andimplementing patient care plans
    • Maintainaccurate medical records anddocumentation

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Qualified BAMS/BHMSdegree from a recognized institution
    • Minimum 2years of experience in ICU and emergencycare
    • Valid state medical license andregistration

    • Ability tomake quick and accurate decisions in highpressuresituations
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
