About the Role Innomotics in Norwood Ohio is searching for an experienced Buyer who is able to process purchasing requirements driven by MRP demand The Buyer is responsible for crafting purchase orders accurately selecting associated drawings & quotes closely supervising orders through receipt The successful candidate should have experience in manufacturing industry strong understanding supply chain management concepts Location- Navi Mumbai - Pawne Responsibilities Process MRP demands generate purchase orders daily via SAP workbench Develop domestic global supplier relationships maintain frequent communication Work with suppliers transportation carriers expedite confirm ship dates arrival times update info communicated across company Coordinate international import brokers timely delivery Supervise open order reports meet requirements Process ECRs according instructions provided Engineering communicate changes suppliers Coordinate shipping personnel arranging pick-up materials outside contractors Provide reason codes late orders used departmental KPIs Attend GEMBA meetings parts require purchasing tasks Communicate purchased parts non-conformances negotiate credit Resolve invoices do not match Source approved suppliers similar parts commodity responsibility Requirements Bachelor degree equivalent education experience plus Must have SAP MM Excel proficiency Negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills Ability multi-task prioritize handle full workload Good problem-solving skills We value Knowledge experience supply chain management Ability read mechanical drawings plus Previous motor manufacturing#TeamInnomotics JoinReliableMotion
