    About the role:

    As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the senior management team to provide strategic direction and operational oversight across various facts of the business. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and execute on strategic initiatives to fuel company growth. This position offers a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities areas:

    Business Operations Oversight:

    Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.

    Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

    Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    Collaborate with senior management to plan and amend the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

    Ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with strategic priorities and objectives set by the leadership team.

    Execute plans set by the leadership team to achieve timely outcomes and drive business growth.

    Process Involvement: Process Improvement:

    Establish and enhance systems and processes to improve execution efficiency and drive operational excellence across the organization.

    Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging cross-functional knowledge and expertise to identify areas for optimization.

    Implement best practices and frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance organizational effectiveness.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    Operational Excellence:

    Ability to optimize operational processes and drive efficiency throughout the organization.

    Cross-functional Knowledge:

    Understanding of key functions such as operations, marketing, category management, customer support, retention, and HR, along with knowledge of their basic KPIs.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a D2C brand and at least 10 years of total professional experience.
    • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to transparency in decision-making and communication.
    • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools, with the ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
