Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer who will not only produce high-quality visual content but also manage the design process from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling graphics and visual layouts that communicate our brand's message effectively. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create and/or contribute to design briefs that guide the design process, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and internal needs.

Design Creation:

• Develop visually appealing printed and digital materials that meet project objectives and deliver on creative briefs.
• Ensure high-quality designs for effective communication, reflecting our brand's message with visual impact.

Collaboration & Translation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate design briefs into compelling visual assets.
• Facilitate discussions around design briefs to ensure clarity and alignment of design objectives with business goals.

Software Proficiency:

• Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create high-quality designs.
• Stay abreast of new software and technologies to enhance design quality and production efficiency.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all visual designs to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Organize and manage design assets for team efficiency, ensuring easy access and use for all stakeholders.

Project Management:

• Oversee design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing and make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience using Figma in support of design development a big plus.
• Certifications in Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) and Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) preferred.
• Years of experience- 4+ relevant years of experience.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in visual design and layout.
• Ability to create and work within design briefs to produce consistent and high-quality visual assets.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional creativity and innovation with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
