    Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
    • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Expertise in RESTful APIs, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
    • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive architectural decisions.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
