ROLE: HRBP Lead- QITS
Location: Bangalore, Electronic City
Job Summary: As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead, He/she will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational success through effective people strategies. He /She will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support and guidance to foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Develop strong relationships with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR support and guidance.
Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of talent aligned with business needs.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, and transformational changes, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.
Organizational Development: Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs, including team effectiveness, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive data-driven decision-making to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function and the achievement of organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Master 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
12+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, Employee engagement , employee retention etc.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) will added advantage
