Roleand Responsibilities: As amember of the marketing and sales team the Asst. Manager/Sr.Engineer/Engineer will be responsible for handling sales andbusiness development activities. This includes meeting projectconsultants architects civil contractors government departmentsbridge consultants NHAI officers and bridge construction companiesto market products and services. The incumbent will be involved inmanaging the entire bid process and following up until finalexecution. Achieving sales targets managing key accounts anddriving growth programs will be key aspects of thisrole.
CandidateQualifications: The idealcandidate should have experience in direct sales and marketing ofengineering/constructionrelated products using direct marketingtechniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills aswell as a goaloriented and aggressive approach areessential.
