- OEM/Tier-1/Automotive Engineering experience with an educational degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Mechatronics with overall experience of 15+ years & minimum 5 years of experience in Innovation and Delivery/Program management
- Experience working in one or more of SDV/ADAS/AD/IVI/Telematics/Product Security/Functional Safety domains and handling large production programs.
- Should have handled globally distributed team of 500+ people, Execution of large programs and taking those to Mass Production.
- Customer-oriented mindset along with continuous improvement initiatives and the ability to work independently.
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership of execution and delivering the milestones on committed schedule, cost and quality.
- Work with Delivery managers for Task planning, tracking, dependencies and risks identification & mitigation, action items tracking,
- Drive Operational Excellence – Carry and deliver on revenue, margin and customer satisfaction targets.
- Status reporting to stakeholders up to Executive levels, Negotiations and escalation management.
- Work with Sales/Pre-Sales for strategic growth of the portfolio. Ability to build large ODCs.
- Discussions with customer counterparts to understand the big picture & customer needs and priorities and work towards making customers successful.
- Strong experience in leading a globally distributed development team
- Excellent communication skills in English and stakeholder management.
