General Manager - Implementation

Experience: 12 yrs

Domain: Education

Designation: General Manager/Senior Manager (based on experience)

Job Location: Chennai with travel for about 10 days a month.

Expectations:

Expertise in IT Implementation in India (Education Field is a strong Plus)

Experience in managing owners and approving authority for commercial approvals

Experience in Handling a team size of 20+ in the IT field or worked as a Professor/Assistant Professor with experience in managing IT implementations in an Educational Institution

Excellent Communication Skills

A go-getter with the ability to travel as needed to manage the implementations to ensure customer satisfaction (Majority of the travel within India and some International)

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 10 to 15 resources to deliver product implementations and support services for several Higher Ed customers

Run the implementation and support as per processes. Evolve and improve the processes

Get the commercial milestone Sign off in a timely manner for the implementation and support services

Ensure Accounts Receivable is efficient and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule
