    JobPurpose:

    The role entailsdeepening the relationship by providing solutions to meet therequirements of the NRI customers and ensuring valueadded customerservice. The role will closely collaborate with the product andoperations teams to drive effective customer acquisition servicingand deepening. The role bearer is responsible for acquiring NTBnonresident clients and servicing the existing relationshipscontributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.

    Roles &Responsibilities:

    • Informcustomers of new products or product enhancements to further expandthe banking relationship.
    • Coordinatewith other functional teams to provide seamless access to otherproducts.
    • Ensure the enhancement ofcustomer value by understanding and providing customizedsolutions.
    • Maintain updated andaccurate relationship records for assigned customeraccounts.
    • Penetration of group orfamily accounts of the existing mappedbase
    • Track customer complaintsqueries and turnaround times for customersatisfaction.
    • Plan and conductspecial sales initiatives and events for prospective and existingcorporations.
    • Assist the SeniorRelationship Manager NRI in providing a bestinclass customerexperience to become their banking partner ofchoice.
    • Evaluate the growth strategybased on competitor analysis and feedback from different channelsand customers.
    • Recommend processchanges in order to improve service efficiency and quality acrossthe branchnetwork.


    Requirements

    Educational Qualifications:

    Graduation

    Experience: 510years of relevant branch bankingexperience.


    Educational Qualifications: Graduation Experience: 5-10 years ofrelevant branch banking experience.
